I've been working as a licensed bodyworker since 2006, focusing on rehabilitation, functional movement, chronic pain, and improving overall movement.
My primary focus is to help you. I’m here doing what I love, which helps you do what you love.
In the clinic, through manual therapy, I use skilled techniques to improve your function and quality of movement. Whether you're recovering post-op, relieving chronic tension or pain, treating a recent injury, or improving your posture, we’ll create a plan to help you move and feel better now and in the long term.
In my personal life, I’ve pursued a variety of interests such as living a cleaner lifestyle in mind, body, and space, traveling, and exploring the arts like dance, painting, and music. I’ve enjoyed various forms of exercise, including weightlifting, running, hiking, and yoga.
